okok...this year a bit lonely bcoz didnt have big feast dinner with bunch of good friends at Sydney. Ray & I really missed you all!.
So,..on Chinese New Year`s Eve we more like having romantic dinner which just two of us. At the begining, we did asked a few friends to join but some of them had to work late shifts. sighhh...
okok....so we went to Hogs Breath Cafe at Chadstone, which only 5 minutes drive from our home. :D
Once I finished work at 7pm. I was rush to home & get dress up & makeover and went straight to dinner which almost 8.30pm -.-'
It is our first time visited Hogs Breath Cafe. It was pretty popular around Australia and even got own website. Go and checkout they cool website. ;D

It was quiet and very classics & country interior design. Apparently, 8.30pm it was early LOL.
One thing I need to point out!. I absolutely happy with they customer services. I would give them 5/5 stars!!!! = Excellent!
due to their friendliness waitress /staffs. I means VERRYYYY... friendly and great smile on face, sound like they very please the customers. OMG
Besides, she happy to assist us and asked a few questions such as it is our 1st time? and happy to give us a few suggestion
> appetizers , main course, dessert and drink.
> even explain what kind of beef meat they used and sauces.
Although we having our main course, the waitress come to offering us any help to order more and are we happy with the steak & foods.
Ray ordered TEX-MEX with Mushroom Sauce.
(Obtained from site: "Flame-grilled sirloin steak served with chicken or lightly spiced seafood chimichanga topped with cheese sauce and Mexicana tomato salsa. Add sliced jalapenos for extra heat if required. Served with house salad and Hog Tail fries. Grab an icy cold Corona and enjoy your fiesta!")
Obviously, Ray was damn hungry he just "cincai" took the photo. LOL
I ordered Ribs and Steak Combo with Diane Sauce and extra avocado.
(obtained from site:"We combine a smaller serve of sirloin steak and half a rack of sticky ribs smothered with Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce to give you the best of both worlds. Served on Cajun rice with Hog Tail fries and house salad. A carnivore's delight!")
Unbelievable such as BIG main course and I did finish ate it! and Ray kept giving he`s to me and steal mine sauce bcoz mine taste a lot better . whahahhh
At the end total bill is $61.30 and we happily give them $65, bcoz of they EXCELLENT services & foods.
I definitely will back and bring friends to try they lovely steak. :D
After the dinner, we busy phoned, sending sms & msn to friends & parents for saying HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEARS!! (^_^)
