Daylight saving

Is the day I hate it because it is daylight saving and we need to turn our clock 1 hour forward, which means it will be 3 hours differences at Malaysia`s time. Sometime, I will get confuse with the time if without looking at clock.

Can you believe it !!!??? IS 8.30pm!!! (@___@')

Today I also need to go back to work which is good (extra $$$$) or bad (dammit! slept 1 hour less), which same as Ray, he even started work at 5am this early morning, poor guy :(

Anyway, lucky tomorrow we have a day off. yahoo! Well, dont have any plan so far it. We both really exhausted recently. Maybe just stay at home rest and "goyang kaki" (relax).

Since, tomorrow I`m off and I`m in such as good mood today although I`m really exhausted after back from work (2pm) and had lunch outside with Ray, I decided make

It took me about 2 hours just to make it and used 250g of gluten rice flour. So, in order to speed up, I do it 3 balls at once. (^_^) since someone lazy to help me :P

Making the soup base using a lot lots lots of ingredients (^_^)

okayyyyy.. dinner time.

Too bad I`m running out of vinegar. otherwise it gonna taste soooooooooooo good and more mouth watering. kekkekeke.

Besides, I also make "SAN CHAR BAO" (pork mince wrapped with lettuces)

Yee Lee Hair Dressing Saloon @ Sarikei

When I was at Sarikei, on weekend my mum bring me to her cousin shop to paid a visit, and surprisingly it was busy and the business is good. We hardly have time to chat and just stay for a few minutes and I managed to took some pictures on it.

I was kind of embarrassed becoz so many people watching while I was took the pictures OMG.....

It was so cheap to get hair cut at small town like Sarikei compare to other places such as RM4 /AUS$1.33 for kids, adult only RM8/AUS$2.66.

My mum`s cousin is a tailor and her friend is a hairdresser. So, many people waiting they turns. (@_@')

Her business is really good and heaps of orders from regular customers especially during Hari Raya, Gawai and other occasion. Besides, she also do nurse & school uniforms. I used to remember my high school uniform also did it by my mum`s cousin. (^_~)

Missed...... yummmmmm

It have been a week since I back from Malaysia. Sometimes, I do felt missed my mama`s cooks & local foods which I have been thought a lot especially I got nothing to do and wandering & lost in space.

Really missed KOM PIA

Only RM1 / AUS$0.33 for 5 pieces of "Kompia"

It taste a sooooo mild or plate pretty much like a bread, I can ate 10 pieces at once seriously!
Dammit I should tabao(takeaway) & bring to Australia!. Hmmm.....can someone import it!!!!??
The size getting smaller compare when I was a little kid. Well,...a lot of thing has change but not all (^_^).

The next one is local veg which only available at a few suburb. It also my dad favorite dishes.!!!
I used to remember my next door neighbour plant a lot at backyard but now they had moved to other places.

It taste sooooooo good when cooked with eggs. So..simple dishes and I can ate a few bowl of rices with it.!!!

I also missed "Tan Yoong" Dont really know what it called in english. But, all chinese people will know what it is and we will eat them before celebrate chinese new years.

Cantonese style with chicken soup + eggs glazed = like a shark fin soup.

It is because my mum is Cantonese & my dad is foo chow, so every year my mum will make 2 kind of Tan Yoong. One is Cantonese style & Foo Chow style which just boiled "O" (the round gluten rice flour) & mix with brown sugar & blended peanuts.

I love Cantonese one becoz I`m not a sweet tooth and it take a lot effect to make it. (^_^)

I think this year, will be around November. Mostly all chinese ppl will make it and the meaning of it, is all the family members will re/union after eat it which we should appreciated and love & care people surround you. (^_^)

So, around November I will make it. Hopefully I manage to find all the ingredients and pleasseeee let me have a day off which I can spend more time at kitchen. AMEnnnn~~~

okay, the following is my favourite chinese kuih(cake) but it more look like a dumpling for aussie ahhahahah. Your guys have not idea how long I havent taste it the chinese kuih which made by my mum, of coz I also helped. The last time I ate it is when I was Form 2 (High school) 13 years old. WAAAAAAAAAAa omg!!!!

Dont know somehow I felt wanna eat the kuih at that time once I saw old photos albums at home and always wanted to make it for Ray to try. ehheehh Well, sooner or later I will make it!

wahhah looks like curry puff.

But this one is more healthy which is no oily and it just pork mince + Vegs + Dried Shrimp(or prawn if u want)

okok ready to steamed \(^_o_^)/ for about 30mins

oMGHHHH just look at it........mouth watering :P

My mum also told me, when they were little kids and at that time they were so poor dont have $$ to buy snack or even go to town, they will made those kuih at home to fill up their craving. (T_T). There a few thing, which really make me think I am so lucky born in good family (financially) and really contented what I had now.

So, need to work harder to earn $$$$ now to repay them! God bless them XOXO

More kuih!!!! when I was at hometown almost every afternoon I will have a snack on the kuih which bought from market.

OMG,....I do gained a few extra kgs for that. My parents kept "feed" me like a pig almost everyday. Even lunch or dinner time our dining table will be like this
-
-
-
-
-
-
-almost everyday (@_@')

walau...like chinese new year`eve

I`m not complaint, it just I don't want my parents work so hard on it, as long I back can gather together and have a good time. (*sob~sob~*)

Another weekend

Boring Boring Boring!!!!

Although I got many drama movie to catch up, a lot of songs awaiting for me to download, and I just get bored doing same thing again & again & again. I do felt wanna go out, but kind of lazy and hate to get tanned since I just back from Malaysia. I HATE UV!!!!!! Besides, after back to work, felt whole body is aching.

Well, pretty much nothing to blog about. Basically, just stay at home cook, homework, online, laundry & sleep~~~

okok at least can do better at cooking, so this is the outcome

my specialty (*cough ~cough~*) :P

Soy chicken with fresh cucumbers & lettuces

Baby bok choy

As for dessert which is very very fattening. okok, he should eat more becoz he needed!!!! as for me >> No thks

Dont really dare to eat too much. :P

At the begining I`m promised myself that after back from Malaysia I need to be healthy about my health, but everything Ray try to be opposite which really challenged my preparation for meals. So,....picky (>_<)

Although at that time I was on holidays but my mum kind of giving health session whahhahaah which I learned a lot thing about diet, nutrition, and herbs.

Veg...Veg...Veg.....

On Friday, it was surprising which our lovely neighbour bring us some fresh vegetables which grown at his very own vegetables garden. OMGGGG how`s sweet. Cant tell and it looks like those fresh veg at market.

Geh~ (^_o_^)

unbelievable OMGGGGG so green & fresh!!!!!

then his coming back Aaagain!!! and bring another differences kind of vegetables, which we kindly rejected him because he should keep it for himself since he`s give us a lot at the begining and those vegetables took a few months and a lot effect to grown such as beautiful veg. (^_^)

OMGG...he is such as lovely guy.

I finally, cooked it with garlic + dried shrimp + osyter sauce for our lunch & dinner. ehheeh

Great~~~ now our fridge full with vegs. This few days we gonna be temp-vegetarian whahaahaahha

I think those vegs less then a week we can finish the whole thing coz once you cooked it the size dishes will get small.

Hmmm.... need to force "someone" eat a lot green which also hate eat raw veg/salad (laughed evilly heheheheh)

The following is some Isabella cafe interior design which I love about it. Otherwise you can check this website for more pictures of the cafe which wrote by other blogger. (^_^)

Another thing I love about Isabella Cafe is you can be casual and you need to take off you shoes and take a seat & pillows. Just make yourself as comfortable as you can while you can enjoy the foods & drinks.

Besides, I also heard from my friends that Isabella cafe is popular with hot chicks. So,.. a lot of guys come to Isabelle just come to check it out. (-__-') I bet the owner sure making good business. LOL... Thanks god Ray is not here wahhahahhah

hmmm I wonder which cafe is popular with hot guys at kuching??? ehheeh any idea anyone???? :P

My trip to Kuching (Part 6)

On Monday time to goooo SOLO..rock n roll (^__^)

Like usual, we gone out have breakfast together and then my friend will drop me at city and then they will go back to work.

I started at India Street/ Jalan India, then Chinese history Museum and Riverside. Damn! at that time it was raining, so I was hide at some where riverside bus stop before I went to Crown Plaza or Parkson shopping centre.

After that I went to Tun Jugah & Sarawak Plaza (both are shopping centre) during the day one thing annoying me is every time I need go to toilet I need to paid RM0.20. oMgg they dont have toilet paper. (>__<) which completely difference to Australia SUPER Clean, FREE entry, got toilet papers & even available tampon of coz you need to pay for that.

Then I went to Everise Supermarket which is my favourite places, because you can bought anything with cheap price. I mean anything!!! such as clothes, jewelery, foods, wine, and etc.

Anyway compare to my old time things have been improved a lots but the sad thing is getting more crimes like rape & rob cases. Almost everyday there sure got news on it. sighhhhhh,..which is why my parents were so worried when I`m gone to Sibu & Kuching alone.
