UPDATED: 18/4/08 (4.46pm). ahahhah just received phone call from our current agent regarding our termination lease letter. He try to convince me not to move by saying they will stick to old rental fees & even ask why? and how much we pay for new rental property. (-__-")
Today, finally we received a phone call from real estate agent regarding our approval for the rental property.
Phewwwwwwwww~~~~~~~~ what a relief.
We managed rent a very small 1 bedroom BIR unit with communal laundry plus 1 carport. It was medium size lounge and kitchen with a lot cupboard space, timber floor instead carpet and very small ensuite style bathroom with timber venetians.
As for location it very near to my work place and close to shops. 5-10 minutes walk to train station and also close to main road. (^_^)
So, the rent fees will be $190 per week/ $760 per month
instead
$227.50 per week/ $910 per month soon will be $287 pwk/$1148 pmth.
Within this & next month will be our busiest time. Because a lot of thing need to do; plus we dont have intention to take a days off just for moving house. Try to use up all our free time.
Get ready to pay new bond,
Send letter for termination,
Organize a date for signing new contract & keys
Arrange disconnect for the electric, water, telephone & Internet
Arrange for professional carpet cleaner
Big cleaning day for entire house
Arrange refund our old bond
Arrange finally property inspection
Arrange house moving day & cleaning day
Connect new electric, water, telephone & internet account.
Now,......u know why I hate move house -___-''
Anyway, thks for all ppl who wish us luck and we really happy about it. At least one thing is settle. phew~~~~

Glad to hear that. I might gonna move also, cos I received a phone call that my landlord was bringing somemore to see the house who intended to buy. Hopefully tak jadi, else I kena move lagi. Haiih!

when we want it, we dont get it, when we get it, plenty offer to u. sighhhhhhh. Anyway we still stick to the plan and we reject they offer.
Today, just settle the new bond & arrange time for signing new contract lease and at the same time submit our termination leasing letter.

sammy: heheh already settle. we will sign new contract lease on 5th May n collect key and start cleaning the house and move a few things to there. Everything has been planned.
